It is an effective way to measure and track performance toward our goals. Data management and key performance indicators (KPIs) help us find actionable insights that can improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services by providing data that drives decision-making.

- Improve skills in using Excel to validate, analyze and display data.
- Learn to use advanced statistical programs such as (SPSS) in data analysis and presentation
- Define the types of statistics and learn descriptive statistics using Excel & SPSS
